For applications submitted before Oct. 31, 2025:
- Full payment due Oct. 31, 2025:
- 10 priority points will be awarded for full payment before this date.
- Full payment not made before Oct. 31, 2025:
- All secured opportunities will be released into general inventory and DDW reserves the right to resell.
- Company will need to reapply to participate at DDW.
For applications submitted on or after Oct. 31, 2025:
- Full payment is required before the exhibit space is assigned.
- Application will expire if full payment is not received within 30 business days of submission. Any applications received after April 20, 2026, will need to pay by credit card or send a check, wire transfer, or ACH within five (5) business days of submission. If payment is not received during that time your application will expire and you will not be assigned an exhibit space.
- Supporters who have not paid in full for ALL related activities will not be permitted to set up their exhibit space or participate in DDW
