What is the cost of a booth?

Exhibit space pricing is dependent on the type of booth being purchased:

• Inline booth (100 sq. ft. minimum): $37/sq. ft.
• Corner booth (100 sq. ft. minimum): $37/sq. ft. + a $200 corner fee (for each corner not touching another booth)
• Island booth (200 sq. ft. minimum): $42/sq. ft.

A non-profit rate of $12/sq. ft. for a single 10x10 exhibit space is available for those organizations that promote public awareness of gastroenterology-related diseases. Official documentation required to qualify. Hospitals (and clinics) are eligible for the non-profit rate with documentation of non-profit status. Any organization that intends to recruit a physician for a hospital, clinic or group practice is not eligible for the non-profit status.
