How do I book my hotel room?

Housing will open January 14, 2026 for members and January 24, 2026 for nonmembers. DDW is pleased to offer discount rates at an array of the best hotels in Chicago, IL. All hotel reservations must be made through onPeak, DDW’s housing provider, as hotels cannot take direct reservations. 

DDW provides shuttle service to all hotels not within normal walking distance from the hotel. For more information on shuttle bus routes and schedules visit the DDW website.

Here's how you can book your housing:

1. Click on the link included in your registration confirmation email.
2. Visit the DDW Registration Resource Center. Select “Housing” and click on a hotel to start your booking.
3. Book directly through onPeak's official website (link available in mid-January).
