The fee does not include:
- Venue Meeting Space Rental
- Food & Beverage
- AV &/or Equipment Rental (i.e., equipment for live streaming or capturing content/presentations)
- Audience Response Systems
All logistical costs associated with your event should be contracted directly with your assigned hotel. Any food and beverage minimum will be determined by the hotel.
