Is AV included in the fee?

The following AV is included:

two lavaliere microphones
one podium microphone
one wired aisle microphone
two 90" monitors
two 70" monitors
sound amplification and mixer system
VGA switcher
electricity for the above

Any AV requirements outside of these are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter, along with any additional costs associated additional AV. Freeman AV is the exclusive provider of audio-visual services for DDW.
