DDW 2026 registration will open Jan. 14, 2026, for AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT members. Nonmember registration will open Jan. 21, 2026.
Active membership status is pulled from each sponsoring society (AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT). To join or renew your membership prior to registering for DDW, please contact each society individually. It will take up to 10 days for your membership status to be active on the DDW registration site. Refunds will not be provided for the difference in registration fees if the attendee becomes a member after registering.
