Abstract submission fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be offered to authors who submit duplicate abstracts, to authors who return their abstracts to draft status, to authors who withdraw their abstracts, to authors of abstracts not selected for presentation at DDW 2026, or to authors not able to attend DDW 2026. The fees collected cover the cost to process abstracts whether or not one registers for the meeting.
