To claim CME or generate a Certificate of Attendance for DDW 2021-2025, please fill out this form. Simply select the year, enter the email used to register, and the amount of credit(s) you are eligible for from the sponsoring societies. CME credit is awarded through the four societies.
DDW does not track session attendance for attendees, therefore, we do not keep certificates on file. Credit through the DDW CME Form is based on the honor system. Once you have entered the amount of credit you should receive, you will then be able to save the PDF certificate to your computer.
