What is the fee to hold a Product Theater and what does the fee include? Print

The fee for one time slot is $30,000. This includes the following:

Theater-style seating for 200 people in the Exhibit Hall

AV equipment (two lavaliere microphones, one podium microphone, one wired aisle microphone, two 90" monitors, two 70" monitors, sound amplification and mixer system, and VGA switcher, and electricity)

Signage outside the theater listing product theater time, title and supporter

Complimentary mailing list of pre-registered attendees (upon request only)

Complimentary printed and digital Industry Supporter Poster

Listing of the product theater time and supporter on ddw.org, the DDW mobile app, DDW Virtual Platform, and online planner

Day of push notifications on the mobile app

These are not specific to any individual company's product theater; rather they are general Product Theater messaging for the day.
