The fee for one time slot is $35,000. This includes the following:
- Theater-style seating for 200 people in the Exhibit Hall
- AV equipment (two lavaliere microphones, one podium microphone, one wired aisle microphone, two 90" monitors, two 70" monitors, sound amplification and mixer system, and VGA switcher, and electricity)
- Signage outside the theater listing product theater time, title and supporter
- Complimentary mailing list of pre-registered attendees (upon request only)
- Complimentary printed and digital Industry Supporter Poster
- Listing of the product theater time and supporter on ddw.org, the DDW mobile app, DDW Virtual Platform, and online planner
- Day of push notifications on the mobile app
